NXC acquired Internet Bureau

Internet Bureau, a Kyiv based company holding Silver partnership status with eZ Systems, is being merged with NXC under acquisition contract signed today in Prague.

“We believe this deal is just well-timed with the recent sluggish economy holding back sales in Ukraine, while European clients demand quality services at better rates,” says Denis Igin, founder of IB.

The resulting manpower available for eZ Publish projects could be the largest in the world, allowing NXC to deliver the most extensive and complex solutions.
